mixed feelings about this stay
small room missing mattress
the room felt smaller than advertised. the staircase area seemed to take up a lot of space and the bathroom contributed to this feeling. i also found it odd that they charged extra for a crib yet provided no actual mattress just a folded bed cover, it felt a bit cheap for the price.

I found the staff very helpful. They arranged transportation and offered local tips. the breakfast included fresh pastries, various cheeses, and smoked salmon. the hotel provided complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the lounge throughout the day. i appreciated these thoughtful touches.
the elevator was somewhat slow during peak hours.
